I was a little nervous to switch trainers as I had been with my previous one for 2 years but I am so glad I got the chance to train with Stacey. She pushed me out of my comfort zone to do movements I’ve never done before and also incorporated exercises I wanted to try but didn’t know how. Stacey never failed to make me laugh and I loved that we could have fun together while still working out. On days where I was feeling off or not great, Stacey always listened to my body and never failed to check in to make sure I was doing ok.
